Indiana Federal Shuffles Duties Of Chairman And President

Indiana Federal Corp., Valparaiso, and its Indiana Federal Bank for Savings have realigned management duties of their chairman and their president.

Donald Lesch, chairman of the holding company and the bank, was also named chief executive officer of both. President Peter Candela also became chief operating officer of both.

Mr. Lesch, chairman since 1992, will focus on strategic direction and growth. Mr. Candela, president of both units since 1985, will focus on management of support services and administrative functions.
