In Brief: $300M in Notes Issued To Pay for Wells Deal

Wells Fargo Corp. came to market with $300 million in 10- year subordinated notes on Wednesday to offset acquisition costs. The 10- year notes are noncallable. They were priced to yield 7.176%, or 64 basis points above Treasuries.
