Corrections: 07/31/96 issue

A July 31 article, "Touchy Transaction: When a Director Sells Stock" (page 14), erred in stating that a common bank procedure is a Securities and Exchange Commission requirement. Many banks, as a matter of internal policy, ensure that stock sales by directors occur within a specified time frame after quarterly earnings announcements. The SEC has no such requirement.
