Bank Leumi Names Executives

MIDDLE ATLANTIC

Bank Leumi Trust Company of New York hired four officers.

The full-service community bank is a subsidiary of Israel's Bank Leumi le-Israel.

In the middle-market lending group, the New York unit hired Richard Silverstein to be first vice president and John Koenigsberg and Paul Tine to be vice presidents. All three came from Bank of Tokyo Trust Co.

Mr. Silverstein was vice president and manager of a lending group serving upper-middle-market companies at Bank of Tokyo. Mr. Koenigsberg and Mr. Tine were vice presidents in the middle-market lending group. Mr. Koenigsberg was also a team leader.

In addition, Roark Herron was named first vice president and manager of treasury support in the controller's group. He had been chief administrative officer and controller at Credit Commercial de France since 1991.
