ITS CONTENT may be a little dry, but the Web site for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City has the advantage of a truly quick download. The site comes up in a flash and is filled with statistics and other data useful to economic researchers. The most popular feature of the three- month-old site is its publications section: including the bank's Economic Review and numerous papers. Web master Tim Schmidt said the site gets 1,200 hits - or about 90 visitors - a day. "A lot of our depository institution users get on there and are able to access information about regulations," he said.
