The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago Names Executive

The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago has promoted David Ritter to vice president and transformation team leader.

Mr. Ritter, who was an assistant vice president in the automation and communications services department, is now responsible for developing cultural initiatives to make the bank more efficient. He joined the bank in 1981 as a senior programmer.

In addition, Jeffrey Anderson was promoted to assistant vice president of check operations, and Mary Sherburne was named assistant vice president of check processing.

Mr. Anderson, who joined the bank in 1984, was a personnel officer in human resources. Ms. Sherburne, who joined in 1985, was and operations officer.
