Cascade Savings Bank Names Executive

Cascade Savings Bank, Everett, Wash., has promoted J. Wesley Cochran to senior vice president.

Mr. Cochran, who joined Cascade Savings in 1992, has been a chief savings officer and manager of the bank's main office in Everett.

Mr. Cochran previously managed Maui branch offices at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of America, a subsidiary of Bancore of the Pacific. He began his career at Peoples National Bank, now U.S. Bank, managing the financial processing center at the bank's mortgage banking subsidiary, Peoples Mortgage Co.

Cascade Savings Bank, chartered in 1916, is the oldest financial institution in Snohomish County.
