The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston Names Executive

NEW ENGLAND

The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston has elected six new members for its New England advisory council:

*Howard Kilguss, the president and chief executive of Excell Manufacturing Co., Providence, R.I., a gold jewelry manufacturer.

*Maxine Brandenburg, president of the Vermont Business Roundtable in Burlington.

*Joan Wallace-Benjamin, president of the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, Roxbury.

*Joseph Nigro Jr., president and chief executive of Cabot (Vt.) Creamery, a unit of Agri-Mark Inc.

*James Brett, president of the New England Council, Boston, which supports policies for economic growth in the region.
