Bank of Nova Scotia Agent for Doubletree

Bank of Nova Scotia acted as the agent of a $691 million credit facility to Doubletree Corp., to finance its announced merger with Red Lion Inns.

Morgan Stanley & Co. acted as the arranger of the financial package, which includes a $376 million senior-term loan maturing in 2002, a $215 million B-term loan maturing in 2004, and a $100 million revolving loan.
