Total System Services Inc. has agreed to process more than 600,000 credit, debit, and merchant accounts belonging to First Security Bank.

Total System reported 1995 revenues of $249.7 million. The company handles processing for more than 64 million cardholder and 600,000 merchant accounts in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico.

First Security Bank is a subsidiary of First Security Corp., a $13 billion-asset holding company with locations in Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, Oregon, Nevada, and Wyoming.
