Roundup: Fulton Closes Deal For New Jersey Bank

Fulton Financial Corp. has completed its purchase of Gloucester County Bankshares, Woodbury, N.J., for $35.1 million.

Gloucester shareholders will receive 1.58 shares of Fulton stock for each of their 1 million shares.

Gloucester's subsidiary, $202 million-asset Bank of Gloucester County, will become Fulton's ninth subsidiary. Fulton has $3.5 billion in assets and 111 branches in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey.
