The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Names Exceutive

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis has promoted Carl K. Anderson E. Barkley E. Bailey to the rank of supervisory officer.

Mr. Anderson is responsible for all specialty and international examinations for the banking supervision and regulation department's western region - eastern Missouri, Arkansas, and northern Mississippi.

Mr. Bailey is responsible for the eastern region - southern Illinois, southern Indiana, western Kentucky, and western Tennessee.

Other recent promotions include:

*John W. Block Jr. to vice president for consumer affairs supervision, banking applications, monitoring, and enforcement.

*Timothy A. Bosch to vice president for discount credit, payment risk management and statistics.

*Richard G. Anderson, Dennis W. Blase, and Marilyn K. Corona, to assistant vice president - Mr. Anderson in research, Mr. Blase in the banking supervision and regulation department, and Ms. Corona at the Little Rock branch.
