TRUTH-IN-LENDING: Proposal by the Fed seeking comment on whether current Truth-in-Lending Act disclosures for home equity loans protect consumers. Published Jan. 30. Comments were due April 1.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Proposal by NCUA to let some credit unions accept funds from institutional investors. Published Feb. 2. Comments were due April 1. Approved as an interim rule, effective Feb. 2.

FOREIGN BANKS: Proposal by the Fed to extend rules governing offshore offices to the U.S. branches of foreign banks. Published Feb. 23. Comments were due March 25.
