In Brief: Deals Bring 4 Branches To F&M of Wisconsin

F&M Bancorp. recently completed three acquisitions, involving four banking offices.

This week, the nearly $1 billion-asset company took over $36 million-asset Bradley Bank, in Tomahawk, Wis. The bank's two offices now are part of F&M Bank Lakeland.

F&M also recently bought a banking office in Ashwaubenon, Wis., which will be renamed F&M Center when it opens in June as part of F&M Bank Northeast.

In addition, F&M completed acquisition of a TCF Bank office in Little Chute, Wis., late last month.
