Interwest Bancorp, Oak Harbor, Wash., has promoted vice presidents Scott W. Southwick, Deborah L. Potter, and Don Piercy to senior vice president.

Mr. Southwick, who was the business loan administrator, became senior vice president of credit administration. He had come there in 1993 from Seafirst Bank in Yakima, Wash., where he was vice president of commercial banking.

Ms. Potter remains Interwest's head of technology and operations; her responsibilities include deposit and transaction services, information systems, systems analysis, and training. She joined the bank in 1977.

Mr. Piercy remains director of marketing and sales; his responsibilities also include corporate relations, distribution systems, research, product management, facilities, and security. Before joining Interwest he had been the marketing director at Washington Mutual Savings Bank, First Interstate Bank, and Puget Sound National Bank.
