Constitution State Corporate Credit Union Names Nocera

Constitution State Corporate Credit Union, Wallingford, Conn., has named Robert J. Nocera president and chief executive officer.

He has been acting chief executive officer of the $752 million-asset credit union since January, when he succeeded Raymond Dowling. Mr. Dowling is president and CEO of Stamford Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union.

Mr. Nocera owns Nocera Co., a management and financial consulting firm in Waterbury, Conn. Before founding the firm he managed a business recovery plan for Groton-based Community Service Credit Union, and earlier was senior lending officer at Centerbank in Waterbury.

Constitution State is the largest corporate credit union headquartered in New England, with over 200 credit union members.
