Deutsche Bank Unit Hires Goldman Exec

Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Inc. has tapped Goldman Sachs & Co.'s Tom Glover for its high-yield origination effort.

Mr. Glover, 38, will be a director and run Deutsche's high-yield business in New York with managing director Peter Nason. Mr. Nason worked in corporate bond trading at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, the securities arm of the German Deutsche Bank Group.

Mr. Glover and Mr. Nason, who joined the bank last year from Morgan Stanley & Co., will report to Glenn Reynolds, managing director and co-head of global credit research.

The newly created positions will work with the six-person team of high- yield analysts Deutsche brought over from Lehman in June.
