Logan to Lead Two Divisions For Provident Of Cincinnati

Provident Financial Group Inc., Cincinnati, the holding company of Provident Bank, has hired Kenneth D. Logan as senior vice president of new business ventures and warehouse lending for consumer financial services.

He is responsible for organizing, staffing, and managing the two national divisions.

Mr. Logan was division president of First Bankshares Mortgage and Investment Group, a unit of First Bank of Georgia in Atlanta.

In addition, Provident Bank hired Kevin Kristick as vice president of its Phoenix-based commercial group.

Mr. Kristick is responsible for developing and marketing new tax lease products and services focused on the transportation and distribution businesses.

He held a similar job with a Phoenix-based competitor, Provident said.
