Imperial Bank Names Executive

Imperial Bank, Inglewood, Calif., has promoted Thomas H. Franson to regional vice president of its new central California regional office, in Fresno.

Mr. Franson had been a senior vice president of business development. He joined Imperial Bank in December from Wells Fargo Bank, where he had worked as national sales manager, overseeing 38 sales representatives in 10 states.

Imperial Bank also hired Brougham J. Morris as senior vice president and senior loan and credit officer for its Los Angeles Airport regional branch. He reports to Don Douthwright, regional vice president of the airport's branch.

Mr. Morris was first vice president and group manager at Comerica Bank California.

Before that he was responsible for managing the integration of the South Bay region of Metrobank, which Comerica acquired last year.
