First Morris Names Executive

MIDDLE ATLANTIC

First Morris Bank, Morristown, N.J., has named Brian Giovinazzi to succeed Ralph J. Riccioni as president and chief executive officer.

Mr. Riccioni, 58, will retire at the end of the year.

Mr. Giovinazzi, 43, has been executive vice president and chief financial officer since 1995. He joined First Morris in 1993 as vice president, treasurer, and controller. Before that he was controller and a senior vice president at Dime Savings Bank of New Jersey.
