Chase Hires Finance Exec

Chase Manhattan Corp. said it has appointed Robert G. Hudak to a newly created post: global head of structured finance in the international capital markets group.

Mr. Hudak, 45, began his job Nov. 17 and is responsible to work with Chase clients to "develop financial structures that can extract the maximum benefit" from Chase's product base, the company said last week.

He reports to Jeff Larsen, global head of international capital markets.

Mr. Hudak joined Chase after eight years at Citicorp, most recently as head of the capital structuring department.

From 1979 to 1989 he held a series of financial posts at Exxon Corp., including assistant treasurer of Exxon Capital Corp.
