The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia Names Executive

MIDDLE ATLANTIC

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia has hired Don James as a community affairs specialist.

Mr. James is responsible for increasing outreach on Community Reinvestment Act issues, particularly for rural Pennsylvania.

He was a vice president, corporate secretary, compliance and CRA officer with Bank of Mid-Jersey, which Summit Bancorp bought in March.
