National Commerce Names Executive

SOUTHEAST

National Commerce Bank Services Inc., Memphis, the retail bank consulting subsidiary of National Commerce Bancorp., promoted Lisa Arnwine to senior vice president and manager of consulting and implementation services.

Ms. Arnwine, who was a senior consultant at the subsidiary, responsible for domestic and international clients, will now oversee the client support services division and staff.

The consulting company also promoted Hallie Peyton and Andy Gaines to first vice president.

Ms. Peyton is responsible for in-store banking programs and providing strategic counsel to the larger client banks; she had been an account manger for the Western region.

Mr. Gaines remains the Great Lakes division manager.

Finally, Michelle Couch, Suzanne Dorris, Rita Franceschini, Matt Prince, and Bryan Smith were promoted to vice presidencies at National Commerce Bank Services.

Ms. Couch remains the account manager for the Northeast division. Ms. Dorris, who had been a consultant and territory manager, will be the director of training services. Ms. Franceschini remains marketing director.

Mr. Prince is the chief negotiating agent between National Commerce Bank Services and its supermarket and bank clients. Mr. Smith was also promoted from legal counsel to general counsel.
