Community Capital Bank Names Executive

Community Capital Bank, Brooklyn, N.Y., has hired Charles F. Koehler as president and chief executive officer.

Mr. Koehler, who has 35 years' banking experience, was the senior vice president and senior lending officer at New York National Bank in the Bronx.

At $38 million-asset Community he succeeded Merton Corn, who resigned to start Victory State Bank on Staten Island. Mr. Corn is president of the start-up.
