PNC Promotes Four Executives To Senior VP In Various Roles

PNC Bank Corp., Pittsburgh, promoted vice presidents H. Leigh Gerstenberger, Norma Hajduk, James P. Burzotta, and Jay C. Baker to senior vice president.

Mr. Gerstenberger is a private banking regional sales manager. He manages 25 private banking officers responsible for investment management sales. The officers are based in Pittsburgh and Erie, Pa.; Cincinnati; Louisville, Ky.; and Florida. He joined the company in 1996.

Ms. Hajduk is the market director for PNC Brokerage, responsible for sales management of private bank and centralized investment consultants in all PNC markets. She joined the bank in 1991 as an investment consultant.

Mr. Burzotta was named senior vice president in consumer lending. He also is president of PNC Dealer Finance Corp. responsible for indirect lending, retail leasing, and floor-plan lending.

He joined the bank in 1996 as vice president and line of business manager for indirect lending and leasing.

Mr. Baker is a group manager and senior relationship manager for the institutional segment of the real estate banking department's New England and Midwest regions.

He joined the bank in 1990 as an assistant vice president and asset manager in PNC Realty Holding Corp.
