The New Jersey League of Community and Savings Names Executive

The New Jersey League of Community and Savings Bankers has elected Delfio A. LaMarca as chairman.

Mr. LaMarca, who was the group's first vice chairman, is president and CEO of Haven Savings Bank, Hoboken.

As chairman of the trade group he succeeded D. Russell Taylor, president and chief executive officer of Rahway Savings Institution.

The New Jersey League also elected Abraham Mamary as first vice chairman and Kevin Lynch as second vice chairman.

Mr. Mamary, president and CEO of Columbia Savings Bank, Fair Lawn, had been second vice chairman. Mr. Lynch is president and CEO of Oritani Savings Bank, Hackensack; he was elected to the league's board in 1995.

Mr. LaMarca, Mr. Mamary, and Mr. Lynch were elected for a one-year term beginning July 1.
