SOUTHEAST
One Valley Bancorp, Charleston, W.Va., has named eight senior vice presidents.
Four of them are officers of One Valley Bank in Charleston the $5.5 billion-asset company's flagship bank. They are:
Harold E. Neely Jr., senior vice president in strategic sales management.
Jack B. Young, senior vice president and head of consumer loan administration.
James E. Winter, senior vice president, assistant treasurer, and chief accounting officer. (Mr. Winter was also named chief accounting officer of the holding company.)
Brian J. Fox, senior vice president and chief information officer. (Mr. Fox was also named senior operations and technology officer for the holding company.)
Two of the new senior vice presidents lead other One Valley banks. Brent D. Robinson is president and chief executive officer of One Valley Bank East, Martinsburg; and W. Daniel Stegall holds those titles at One Valley Central Virginia, Lynchburg;
Finally, John Randy Valentine, president of One Valley Securities Corp., was named a senior vice president of the parent company, and John Sapp was hired as senior vice president of human resources. (Mr. Sapp had held that title at Signet Bank in Richmond, Va., which First Union Corp. bought last year.)
