In Brief: Moody's Shifts Execs In Structured Finance

Moody's Investors Service said it has restructured its executive staff to focus more on the structured finance market.

Jim Parrish is to become group managing director, a new post in which he will oversee risk management services, global credit training, and management of FinancialProformas Inc. Mr. Parrish had been managing director for the mortgage finance and credit supported group.

Noel Kirnon is to succeed Mr. Parrish. Mr. Kirnon had been based in London as a managing director for European and Asia-Pacific structured finance.

Robbin Conner will become managing director of Moody's London office. Ms. Conner will work with Catherine Gerst, managing director in Paris.

Ed Bankole will become managing director in the asset-backed group. He will share responsibility with two other managing directors, Claire Robinson and Christina Cotton, for all term asset-backed transactions in the United States.

Lea Carty will become managing director of quantitative risk management services. Mr. Carty will work on the development and commercialization of quantitative risk management services.
