Amex's Radin Moves to Dime As Executive Vice President

Dime Bancorp of New York has hired American Express executive Amy J. Radin as executive vice president and chief marketing officer of the company and its Dime Savings Bank of New York.

She will also be in charge of corporate communications and public relations and will be the company's spokeswoman. She will report to its chief executive officer.

Ms. Radin was responsible for global statement and loyalty program development at American Express' Travel Related Services division, where she was a vice president.

She started at Amex in that division, as manager of the Express Cash product. Later she became director of fee services, and still later she was named as the Optima Card senior director responsible for card use and customer loyalty.
