Hewlett Packard to Resell Action Systems Software

Hewlett-Packard Co. has signed an agreement to resell software from Action Systems Inc. for managing customer relationships.

Action Systems will certify consultants in HP's customer relationship management practice to deliver its EnAct software and consulting services to clients worldwide. In addition, HP will become Action Systems' preferred technical provider in implementing EnAct.

The EnAct package, consisting of software, consulting, and directed learning, aims to maximize the profitability of individual customers.
