Marni McKinney Succeeds Father?20As Chairman of?201st Indiana Bank

First Indiana Bank in Indianapolis has promoted Marni McKinney, vice chairman since 1994, to chairman, succeeding her father.

Robert H. McKinney will remain chairman and chief executive officer of the $1.7 billion-asset parent, First Indiana Corp. His daughter will remain its vice chairman.

Ms. McKinney joined the bank in 1982 as an investment officer and was later promoted to vice president and director of strategic planning.

She is also president and CEO of Somerset Group Inc., a financial services company of which the McKinney's own about 50%.
