Santo Promoted To President of Mid-City National Bank of Chicago

Midcity Financial Corp., Chicago, promoted Ronald D. Santo to president of its Mid-City National Bank of Chicago, succeeding Randall J. Yenerich, who retired this month.

Mr. Santo is in charge of the bank's 10-branch network in Chicago and will remain vice chairman and chief executive officer of First National Bank of Elmhurst, another Midcity Financial subsidiary.

The company also owns First National Bank of Morton Grove, Ill.; Union Bank and Trust of Oklahoma City, and Abrams Centre National Bank in Dallas.

Mr. Santo, who was senior vice president and secretary of the $1.6 billion-asset company, was also promoted to executive vice president.
