A headline Tuesday on page 12 misstated the name of Electronic Payment Services of Wilmington, Del.

A Jan. 7 article, "Record Bankruptcy Filings Put Reform at Center Stage," (page 2) incorrectly reported comments by lobbyist Philip S. Corwin. The American Bankers Association and the National Consumer Bankruptcy Coalition do not oppose a bankruptcy reform bill introduced by Sen. Charles E. Grassley, R-Iowa, but they will seek changes in a provision that would let judges decide which debtors can afford to repay their unsecured debts.
