In Brief: Keystone of Pa. Names CEO as President

At its annual meeting Thursday, Keystone Financial Inc. named Carl L. Campbell chairman and promoted five other officers.

Mr. Campbell, 55, has been president and chief executive officer since 1986. He succeeds Ray L. Wolfe, 59, who retired as chairman but remains a director at the $6.9 billion-asset company.

Mark L. Pulaski, chief operating officer, was named president, and Ben G. Rooke, the general counsel and secretary, was promoted to vice chairman.

Donald F. Holt, corporate controller, was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer. A. James Durica, director of investment and asset-liability committee support, was named senior vice president and treasurer.

James M. Deitch, vice chairman and chief operating officer of Financial Trust Co., a subsidiary acquired last year, was promoted to president and CEO of the unit.
