Short Takes: Keystone Exec to Lead Pa. Financial Planner

The head of Keystone Financial Inc.'s brokerage arm has left to become chief executive of a financial planning firm.

Mark A. GaNung, who left Keystone last week, said he will join Allegheny Financial Group of Pittsburgh in July. The firm confirmed his appointment.

Mr. GaNung, 36, said he decided to leave Keystone to further his professional development.

"The financial planning area has always been an interest of mine," he said.

Mr. GaNung had been president of Keystone Brokerage Inc. of Williamsport, Pa., since January 1988. No successor has been named, according to his former assistant.
