First Data Investor Names Executive

First Data Investor Services Group in Westborough, Mass., has promoted Ann Marie Mierzykowski and Kimberlee Mitchell to vice presidents in its retirement services unit.

Ms. Mierzykowski is in charge of developing retirement products for broker-dealers. She joined First Data in 1995 and recently was director of client services. Earlier she worked in the retirement services division of Allmerica Financial in Worcester, Mass.

Ms. Mitchell provides retirement outsourcing services. She joined First Data in 1989 and has been a manager in the transfer agent division and operations director for automated trading and record keeping.

The investor group services more than $850 billion and is a unit of Atlanta-based First Data Corp. It is being bought by PNC Bank Corp. of Pittsburgh in a transaction expected to close in the fourth quarter.
