In Brief: Bank One's Wingspan Hires Marketing Exec

WingspanBank.com, the Internet-only bank launched by Bank One Corp.'s First USA credit card subsidiary, has named Michael J. Cleary executive vice president of marketing. Mr. Cleary joins Wingspan from Smart Carte Inc., where he was the president and chief operating officer. Before that, Mr. Cleary was executive vice president and chief operating officer of Pinnacle Brands, overseeing marketing, operations, and information technology. He was also chief financial officer for a sporting goods manufacturer.
