Tech Bytes: Calif. Call-Center Outsourcer Adds 4 Clients

AnyTime Access Inc., which provides round-the-clock loan-origination support to financial institutions on an outsourcing basis, has added four clients with a combined $4.4 billion of assets.

The institutions -- Interchange Bank of Saddle Brook, N.J.; Placer Savings Bank of Auburn, Calif.; Union Federal Savings Bank of Indianapolis; and West Suburban Bank of Warrenville, Ill. - are to use AnyTime Access as their call center.

The servicer lets banks customize the face they present to the consumer, providing "a competitive advantage in this age of look-alike financial institutions," said Thomas Bollum, president and chief executive officer of AnyTime Access. "Our knowledgeable lending professionals, seasoned lending consultants, sophisticated technology, and expert marketing resources will put our clients at the forefront for the new millennium."
