Executive Changes: Bank One Puts John Kallenborn In Charge of New Orleans

Bank One Louisiana has promoted John Kallenborn to president of its New Orleans region

He will report to Mike Ballases, the bank's president and chief executive officer.

Mr. Kallenborn was manager of the Bank One Corp. unit's commercial division, running a team that finances local businesses. That had been his job since his hiring last year.

From 1982 to 1998 he was a commercial banker at Hibernia National Bank in New Orleans. He began his career as a management trainee at Wachovia Bank in Winston-Salem, N.C.

MIDDLE ATLANTIC

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh has named developer David W. Curtis as chairman of its board of directors.

Mr. Curtis is executive vice president and chief financial officer of a Wilmington, Del., real estate development firm, Leon N. Weiner & Associates Inc. He is also president of Arbor Management LLP, which manages 75 rental communities in the Middle Atlantic and New England states.

He has been a Pittsburgh Home Loan Bank board member since 1996 and as president succeeded Raymond R. Christman, who has become president of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta.

Credit Suisse First Boston in New York has hired Nancy A. Rochford of Citigroup Inc.'s Salomon Smith Barney as managing director of its syndicated finance group, a newly created position.

She will report to Bruce Ling, the head of the group, and will originate, price, and syndicate credit facilities with telecommunications clients.

At Salomon Smith Barney, Ms. Rochford was a managing director specializing in media, chemicals, and telecom in the syndications and corporate finance group.

She came to the firm in 1994 from Chase Manhattan Bank, in whose corporate restructuring group she had been a vice president. She began her career as an account executive at LF Rothschild/John Muir & Co. in New York.
