National City Names Executives

National City Bank in Cleveland has promoted vice presidents Susan D. Kucer and John D. Bollman to senior vice presidencies in its residential mortgage division.

Mr. Bollman manages seven mortgage production centers and is responsible for product development and pricing. He joined National City in 1984 as a vice president of retail mortgage product development and was later promoted to a senior vice president of secondary marketing.

Ms. Kucer manages the division's product strategies, sales initiatives, and corporate training. In addition, she will now have management responsibilities in the implementation of a new telemarketing mortgage origination operation. She joined the company in 1982 as a mortgage originator.

National City also promoted Monica J. Hendrick, director of corporate seminar services, from assistant vice president to vice president.

Ms. Hendrick is responsible for developing seminars and conferences for National City's Sterling Division, which provides wealth management services to corporate executives. She joined the bank in 1997 after working four years in Deloitte & Touche's tax division.
