Wright Investors Names Executive

Wright Investors' Service, an investment advisory firm in Bridgeport, Conn., promoted Andrew A. DelGrego to the new rank of president of its trust investment services group.

Mr. DelGrego had been senior vice president of this group, which provides analysis to 70 U.S. bank trust departments. He joined Wright in 1995 from the presidency of UST Bank Connecticut, a subsidiary of UST Corp. in Boston. Earlier he had been president of Lafayette American Bank, headquartered in Bridgeport but now owned by Hubco Inc. of Mahwah, N.J.

Wright's trust investment group also promoted Alex Urbani to vice president and regional manager of the Chicago office.

Mr. Urbani joined the firm's Connecticut headquarters in 1994 as an assistant investment officer and moved to Chicago to become a client service officer. Before joining Wright, he was a trust administrator at Chase Manhattan Bank in Bridgeport.
