In Brief: KeyCorp Unit Allowed To Open London Office

A KeyCorp subsidiary, McDonald Investments, said Thursday that it has received approval from British regulators to open a London office.

The office, McDonald's first overseas, is to be headed by Christopher V. Green, a senior vice president who joined McDonald last June from Union Bank of Switzerland. He was the head of U.S. equity sales in UBS Securities' London office.

This year, McDonald got authorization from the New York Stock Exchange to open the office, as well as a letter of "good standing" from the Federal Reserve.
