Laurel Savings Bank Names Executive

Laurel Savings Bank of Allison Park, Pa., has hired Thomas A. Webb as chief lending officer. He succeeded Bernard W. Prazer, who retired after seven years with the bank.

Mr. Webb was the vice president of lending at Indiana First Savings Bank in Indiana, Pa.

Laurel also promoted two assistant vice presidents.

Nancy Krulac Faust is now vice president of internal audit and compliance. She has been the internal auditor and compliance officer since 1993, and had been an assistant vice president since 1994.

William T. Puz is vice president of credit and collections. Mr. Puz came to Laurel in 1990 from Vanguard Federal Savings Bank of Vandergrift, Pa., in whose lending division he was an assistant vice president. He joined Laurel as credit and collections officer, and was named an assistant vice president in 1992.

Laurel Savings is a subsidiary of Laurel Capital Group, which has $221 million of assets.
