Mich. Company Promotes EVP To President of Bank, Its Parent

Community Central Bank Corp., Mount Clemens, Mich., has promoted Andrew Tassopoulos to president of the company and its Community Central Bank.

He succeeds Richard Miller, who resigned to pursue other interests, the company said. Mr. Miller had been president and chief operating officer of the bank and its parent since their formation in September 1996.

Harold Allmacher remains chairman and chief executive officer of the $149 million-asset holding company.

Mr. Tassopoulos relinquished his executive vice president and chief lending officer posts to Doug Dunkelberg, who was promoted from senior vice president and senior loan officer.
