S&T Bank Names Executive

S&T Bank in Indiana, Pa., has promoted six assistant vice presidents to vice president.

Two of them-Megan White and Dale Stefan-also have new jobs.

Ms. White was named manager of retail sales. The former branch sales manager and consumer lender joined S&T in 1991.

Ms. Stefan was promoted to manager of payroll and employee records. She had been assistant vice president of employee services and, earlier, human resources administrator. She started at the bank in 1976 as a teller.

Tim McKee is S&T Bank senior audit manager. He joined it in 1993 as an audit manager from First American Bankshares of Washington, where he was an audit supervisor.

Brent Filak has been an S&T Bank audit manager since 1997. Before that he was director of internal audit for First Federal Savings Bank of Western Maryland.

Kristie Clark is a compliance officer. She joined the bank as a senior staff auditor after working as a national bank examiner in the Pittsburgh branch of the Office of the Comptroller of Currency.

Don LoPresti is the sales manager at the Blairsville Station branch, where he is in charge of lending and new business development. The 20-year banking veteran previously managed the bank's Wayne Avenue and Indian Springs branches.

S&T Bank, which has 38 branches in seven counties, is a subsidiary of $2 billion-asset S&T Bancorp.
