Short Takes: PrimeVest Makes It Official for Interim Execs

PrimeVest Financial Services Inc. has filled two upper-management slots left vacant by a resignation.

Ronald Paulson, 47, was named vice president of new business development for the third-party provider of investment services to banks. Randy Clark, 45, was named vice president of retail sales. Both have been with PrimeVest, of St. Cloud, Minn., for several years.

Mr. Paulson and Mr. Clark, both appointed Jan. 4, had been filling the positions on an interim basis since November, when Michael Erskine resigned as vice president of national sales.

PrimeVest, a division of Minneapolis-based ReliaStar Financial Corp., sells investment products through 675 financial institutions.
