State Bank, a $63 million-asset bank in Spencer, Iowa, has signed a seven year agreement to outsource core processing to TriNovus. Though selecting a core processing provider is one of the biggest decisions a bank can make, Ryan Johnson, president State Bank said in a statement that he feels confident that TriNovus is the right choice.

"The management at TriNovus has an excellent understanding of where our bank is today and where we want to be in the future," said Johnson. "The TriNovus team is committed to providing us the technology we need along with valuable industry expertise to ensure that we meet today's goals and that State Bank continues to build on our current success."

TriNovus is based in Birmingham, Ala., and offers core processing and associated services through its eBank data center.
