First Hawaiian Bank announced Friday a new iPad app that it's making available to its online banking customers. According to the bank, it's the first in its state to offer an iPad app.

Like most mobile banking apps, the features include: view account balances, pay bills, transfer money between accounts, and find nearby branches and ATMs.

First Hawaiian Bank, with $16.6 billion in assets, operates 57 branches in Hawaii, three in Guam and two in Saipan.
