Washington Trust Bank Picks Jack Henry's Core Processing Platform

Jack Henry (JKHY) has added a customer for its core processing platform.

The Missouri-based bank tech provider said Tuesday that Washington Trust Bank in Spokane has selected Jack Henry's SilverLake System to automate varied functions company-wide.

Besides SilverLake, the $4.4 billion-asset bank will install software from Jack Henry to handle such services as cash management, mobile banking, online deposit and loan account opening, bill payment, data analysis, fraud detection, sales and marketing.

"We welcome the opportunity to provide Washington Trust Bank with the technology it needs to respond to evolving business strategies, new growth opportunities, industry trends, and dynamic customer and market needs," Stan Viner, general manager of sales for Jack Henry Banking, said in a press release.

Washington Trust, which has 41 branches in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, will install SilverLake in-house, the companies said.
