Idaho Bank Starts Trading on Nasdaq

Intermountain Community Bancorp (IMCB) of Sandpoint, Idaho, is now trading on Nasdaq.

The holding company for the $954 million-asset Panhandle State Bank began trading on Wednesday, it said. Its shares had previously been trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the same symbol.

"We are pleased to have successfully completed this process, which will increase the visibility of our company in the marketplace," Intermountain CEO Curt Hecker said in a news release.

Intermountain completed a 1-for-10 reverse stock split in October.

It operates four separate divisions with 19 branches in Idaho, Washington, and Oregon.
